I DO NOT have a green thumb... when my Mother was here almost 4 years ago she planted the flowers you see in the window seal pot... and the blue pot has a plant that my friend Rhoda planted... as you see my terra cotta tree has NO plants in it..
Well while my Mother was here I asked her if she would PLEASE put some plants in my pots so that they would live.. so here is what she did.. THEY LOOK WONDERFUL...my terra cotta tree looks wonderful.... has some lilac in them... and then the same plant that is in the window seal.. I can't kill that one..LOL

~ my Mother is also a WONDERFUL flower designer.. she use to work in a flower shop and then made her own shop but when my Grandparents got sick she stopped.. so while she was here I wanted her to make me a table arrangement out of sunflowers.. I sooo love sunflowers.. I got the pot and she did the rest... LOVE IT..

~ we had went to Hobby Lobby and my Mother also got me 2 new ornaments.. LOVE THEM.. can't wait to put them on the tree... If I had a fake tree I would have it up already... but I don't , so I have to wait... I am hoping this is the last year with a real tree... and hopefully this is the last year without Isabella...
~ here is another ornament I got while in San Diego.. have to have Nick's 1st year in the Marines...
~ I have a ton of people to THANK for little goodies that I have received but have been sooo busy.. I am sooo sorry... Thank you Kayce.. I love this.. you are amazing and I so can't wait to see _______ Jennifer in your arms.. LOVE YA...

~ a few years ago my Mother started to make blankets.. I had actually asked her to make me 2 for my Secret buddy's.. well it just started going further.. So I have actually had her make me over a dozen of these blankets.. I love to give these as gifts.. my Mother loves making them ... she makes them from the heart... the only thing she likes to see is a photo of the kids with the blanket... she had 2 almost done before she got here so she shipped them so she could finish them up and I could send them.. here they are....

~ that is all of the photos I have and hopefully I caught up with everything that has been happening in our busy little life... On Monday when my Mother left I made some homemade banana nut bread.. it is sooo good.. I so miss my Mother.. but I know she will be back soon.. hopefully she will be able to visit now a few times a year...
~ Rumors are flying .. I can't wait to see all the babies.. I have great friends in this batch.. and hopefully within the next two months we will see a speed up.. I feel that Isabella will be here before next Christmas.. I have said it forever and I feel it.. but time will tell..Nick LOVES to flex.. before he left for boot camp.. (actually this before photo was taken the night before he left) he wanted to take photos so he could see how much he had changed... So here are the before and after photos.. I tried to get him to pose the same way....

SOI training will get him a little bit more fit.. it is hard core physical training.. way more physical then boot camp.. but then again .. Nick said he would do boot camp all over again...

Some of this is out of order but that is ok... First photo is of Diana and I ...I followed Diana's Journey to China for Dori exactly 3 years ago when we first started our adoption process... I have been chatting with her online for 3 years.. I FINALLY got to meet her on Sat...
She is everything I thought she would be.. FUNNY, SMART and just an overall great lady....
~ Saturday morning was BEAUTIFUL.. the guys all went hiking in the morning.. Nick has been great at getting everyone to exercise... due to the fact that he runs or hikes every single day.. he has to stay in tip top shape due to him going to SOI training... plus that is how he has been trained for 13 weeks.. If you don't know by now I have 3 tattoo's (dragonfly on my left foot & fairy on crescent moon with clouds on my back).. and I LOVE them.. I got my first one 15 years ago and it has really faded (due to me tanning a lot...) and being in the sun... Love water .. love sun.. and that doesn't mix well with old tattoo ink.. it just isn't like the new ink... I do make sure that I have my tattoo's where I can cover them due to the fact that some people don't like them and if I ever had to go to a social event that was prim and proper.. well you know..
Anyway.. here is the tattoo that I got 15 years ago.. I have been wanting to have it redone FOREVER... but wanted something that had my old tattoo design and some new in it.. Also wanted to make sure that Isabella was in there . Nick has also wanted a tattoo FOREVER .. I always told him that he could get one after he graduated high school and that he needed to make sure it was something he really wants .. due to the fact it is hard to remove.. and is there FOREVER....

My Grandmother is smiling right now , this is her side.. which her uncle was the Original Popeye and her other uncle was a poet and his wife and him were actors/actress in the theater.. all of their stuff is in the museum in the town we come from.. Knoxville, Illinois...

~ here is mine on Sat... it still has some healing to do and then I will have to have it touched up.. a little bit of the old one is coming through .. he said it would.. but he will fix it when it has healed... I LOVE IT... it is BEAUTIFUL and sooo ME... it was actually suppose to be smaller but I am totally fine with the size it is...
When they are both healed completely I will post a photo of them both.. this was an amazing adventure to take with my son.. some people don't like tattoo's but it is a decision that we can make on our own and to each their own... I will wear my Children's name on me FOREVER and be PROUD...

I have been missing in action and I am sooo sorry.. you know how I love to keep everyone updated on our Journey to our Baby Girl...
I have been sooo busy.. it was work then my Mom arrived ,then graduation and trip to CA. then work, then all the day to day things and then party for Nick and great memories....
So I will be posting for 5 days straight.. so don't fall behind.. or you will miss out...LOL..

Sorry I have been missing in action.. I have had TONS to do around here.. and TONS of loving company...I just wanted to post a couple photos of my Mother and the kids and I at the bay area...
We had an AMAZING time at Nick's Graduation ... very memorable time..
Nick will be here until Dec.1.. then he will go to SOI training from Dec. 1-19 then come home for the holiday then he will go back to finish his SOI training Jan.1.. then he will find out where his orders will take him next... In the meantime he has the chance to get promoted to Lance Corporal.. lets hope he gets enough of recruits...
I have been checking in on blogs, have not been doing a lot of comments but I have been trying to keep up..I took some photos yesterday while John and Colton were loading the trailer ... so if you don't see Colton and John that is why.. we got a few of the whole family....I am thinking that I should put KyLee in some modeling.... Graduation Day was AMAZING.. Having my Mom and the whole family together was AMAZING.... I have to say that I could totally get into some serious trouble with Christy and her family... Mia is absolutely the cutest,smartest and funniest little girl... I finally got to meet Kevin and he is just as I had pictured.. I LOVE the BOCK family.. I know that Owen and Ethan would sooo love the boys... THANK YOU BOCK FAMILY for joining the fun of Nick's SPECIAL DAY....
